Promised promotion hasn't been applied

Hi everyone,

I've applied for Vodafone DSL 100 contract using a promotion that should have given me 6 months for free and zero installation costs. During the installation process, Vodafone service called me and asked about switching to DSL 50 as this was the maximal bandwidth they could provide.

We explicitly discussed the promotion, otherwise, I'd prefer another provider. The operator promised that 6 free months and zero installation cost will apply to DSL 50 as well.

One month later, I've been billed over 63 euros - like it was a regular contract without promotion. Numerous calls on the hotline didn't help - either they don't speak English or they can't activate it back.

Is there anything I can do now?

i'm sorry that you've had such an unpleasant start with your dsl contract.
