Hallo,

since previous Tuesday my Easy box 803 doesn't work. It started going on and off continuously and after several minutes it went totally out of power. So, also the internet connection doesn't work. I followed the instructions from the Online Assistant, I checked all cables (power, DSL), I restarted the router, I reconfigured it by following the process. Nothing worked. Every time, after a while, the router started going on and off again and at the end was totally out of power (Power LED blue). 

I think my router is completely dead. It doesn't respond to any process. 

How can I have a new one?

I suppose that I cannot have a new one free-of-charge, since my contract is old (started Oct 2014), so it is out of the warranty. 

But I would like to know what are my options to order a new one, which fits to the DSL connection of my contract, which I don't want to change.

I tried to call Support, but they don't speak English and my German is not so good.

Can you please give me any help here on how I could proceed?

Since its an pretty outdated model , its definitly out of warranity.
