Hi,
Since last month my router is randomly restarting. Sometimes it happens just once, but other times it can restart multiples in a row.
With the COVID situation I'm working from home, and having an unstable router is really annoying.
I would have made a phone appointment, but I don't speak German.

This is getting increasingly urgent.
In the meantime, I'm facing new issues with my internet. Multiple times per day the WiFi settings seems to change. It refuses my WiFi password (even tho it is correct) and the only thing that solve the issue is to use am ethernet cable to connect to the router and save the WiFi settings (without changing anything) in my router admin panel.
Between this and the reboots, it gets hard to work efficiently, and I do need to work properly, especially these days with the current health crisis.

I have now sent an order to the technicians, they will appear on Saturday, 02.05.2020, in the time between 08:00 - 11:00 clock with you.
Please make sure that the technician can access the house system and the antenna socket.

Thank you, the technician came and I don't have any issues so far!
However, the technicien came on Thursday afternoon, instead of Saturday. I wasn't expecting him at that time, and he arrived during an important meeting, which I had to cut short to allow him to work.
Also, the technician wasn't wearing a face mask. Which is un-professional of Vodafone during the current health crisis.
