Router cannot work & first time installation

Hi there, i just moved to Germany and cannot speak any German at all. I feel so stuck in install my router for 2 weeks. Kindly ask for help regarding the follow steps: 

First, I already received my router and plug it in with the cable. So it basically can work and my computer can still search out the wifi name. 

Second, I active myself in my personal vodafone account and also via the 192.168.0.1

But unfortunately, the red light is blinking all the time and I wasn't able to connect with the internet. 

May I urgently ask for help?
