Hello, Team!
My router CGA4233DE reboots unexpectedly. It last already for a couple of weeks, first it was 1-2 times per week,
now during 3 days it happens at least once per day. This is absolutely unacceptable during home office. Please, help. I'd like you to send a technician to check it and probably replace.

the modem of the neighbor in the house with the same modem also has these reboots. Can we ask a technician to check the connection on site? He can also change the modem if necessary. The colleague needs access to the house distribution system and an info if there are diseases with Covid 19 in the household.

yes, the status changed like usual reboot: Power-->Internet-->phone-->wifi
The last reboot was right now, 7.50 in the morning

I've just found out that another neighbour on the top floor also has internet interruption, so definitely the issue is on the line, something forces modems to reboot.
Anyway, I've picked up the key from basement, where the distribution box is, so now we have access to that.
There is no Covid in the house.
The Technician can come any day starting from 16.30, earlier is not possible unforunately, as I'm working till 16.30.
Please, advise.
