Remove the installation

My contrat end in June 2019, but I´m not living in Germany because my work anymore. The new renter of the house wants to cover the vodafone installation with some box. Can Vodafonoe give the covering service, and how much it cost?

If not, can we remove the equipment attached to the wall inside the house, and send it back to vodafone in the same way that I did with the FritzBox before to leave the house?

Hello pedrochana,

if the house connection is to be rebuilt, this must be ordered. This can be arranged by the new owner via the technical service.
