Problem with New Router: Frequent Disconnection (rebooting of router)

Hi,

 

I have upgraded to Cablemax 1000 and since last few months the new router is rebooting frequenly causing distruction in internet conection. 

 

I have previouly contacted Customer sevice and followed e intructions given, factory reseting the router, which has no helped. 

 

Could you please help to solve this problem? The old router worked for months without rebooting while this new one reboots a few times a day.

Hi Yobtist

The restart is always the first try, if this doesn't work you should report it again to the customer service so that a fault ticket can be created.
