Prepaid SIM not working in SmartWatch

Hello,

I bought a ZLI Smartwatch ( https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B08BKQCWX4/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza ), which support 4G SIM. I bought a vodafone prepaid SIM but when inserted into the SmartWatch I o not have signal, cannot either call or use data.

The SIM is activated and works perfectly in a SmartPhone.

Can you help understanding the reason?

I am in contact with the SmartWatch vendor but they do not htink is a device's problem.

Hello Donato,

unfortunately I have no solution for you.

Since the SIM card works in a cell phone, the watch is either defective or incorrectly operated. But I can't judge that because I don't know this hardware. Unfortunately I can only refer you to the manufacturer.

is the SIM protected by a pin code? If yes  do you have to enter that pin when you insert the SIM into the watch?

is the SIM correctly detected by the watch?
