Port Forwarding: Compal CH7466CE

Dear Service Team

I'm using since a few years Vodafone Kabel internet with the Compal CH7466CE router.

Some days ago I installed a Raspberry Pi and would like to connect to it's SSH port from outside my home, but, unfortunately, I couldn't find the option inside my router's web interface to forward the ports. I  have just IPv6 port forwarding but no IPv4..

Could you please advise me what can I do?

IPv4-Port forwarding is not possible anymore. Your have probably a contract with a shared IPv4-address(cgnat).

So you should use IPv6 instead.

I try to setup it with my Raspberry PI MAC address but the port still closed...

your cablerouter are still available over IPv6. If you need help to configure your RasperriPi, look at the help pages.

I have configured IPv6 on my raspbery PI and I can access it over SSH but just localy.. I have intsalled FTP sevrer on my PC just for test, its working too, but from outside not. 😞

Can You pleace explain what I doing wrong? Do I have to put something in the router (Firewall is disabled)?

You should use portscanner with IPv6.

With IPv4 you won't have success.

Do you have "outside" also an IPv6-connection?

e.g. tested by ipv6-test.com or test-ipv6.com
