Dear Vodafone team,
Today a technician came to my appartment. Did some settings. The technician said the setting is completed, the Internet LED on router will be green in after 5 minutes. It has been 4 hours the LED still red.
The router I used is 804 . The light of internet is red. When I try to activate the router, the page states "Please plug the DSL into the dedicated DSL port" - which is already plugged in, and it will not let me continue.I have tried to reset the router and re-plug in, but still have no response.

sorry for the late reply.
I have checked your line and saw, that there is a connection in the meantime. Can you confirm, that your access is working now?
