Hi
After a tech came and swapped out the horizon box, now I am unable to connect remote with tv I follow instructions in handbook vol up and source at same time blinks 3 times red enter code for toshiba 3021 turn off tv and turn on and no reaction. I have tried multiple time but the same result. Any tips
