New Kable Connection not working

Hello Experts,

 

I have taken the new cable internet connection, as per manual, I installed the setup and I am able to connect wi-fi but not able to access the internet.

In the router internet led is blinking RED and in the Vodafone home page is displaying DOCSIS Offline .

Could you please help me to fix this issue?

Thank you for the resond.

 

Mine is new contract and not able to access the internet, LED is blinkingly contiounsly with RED., 

Could you please support to resolve the issue?

How long did you connect the cable-router to the antenna socket?

If it does not connect after several hours or overnight, a technician should check it.

 

Would you be okay with that?
