MIC code shows wrong.. Need MIC code for reset the modem

Hi,

My DSL internet connection is stopped working all of sudden. I am using Easybox 804 modem and when i connected to this modem it shows "Internet access is restricted". As per other post i tried to reset the factory settings. It is asking for MIC and provided the MIC as per welcome letter. But it is showing error that MIC code verification is failed. Please help me to fix this issue.

Hey Sundar,

if the MIC Code from your welcomeletter is not working, it may be that your landline has been modernized.
Sometimes this leads to a new installationcode. Please check your mailaccount.

Otherwise please send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & password.
I'll have a look into this & send you a new code.
