Fritzbox 6591 + Gigaset C610

We only use our landline phone occasionally for international calls. We now noticed that we are able to receive and make calls but we are not able to hear thre other party at all. We are using a Vodafine Fritzbox 6591 Cable Modem and are using the Gigaset C610 connected via DECT.

Has anyone else experienced any issues? How do we fix this?

did you try another phone to be sure it is not the reason? Do the other part can hear you?
