Cannot enable bridge mode

I want to enable bridge mode, When the portal will let me I get an error "Es ist ein Fehler augfetreten."

Please advice and help.

Is the home spot activated? If so, this must first be switched off. Then it takes 7 days before you can activate the bridge mode.
