Dear All.
I would much appreciate it if you could help me out. I had the technician from Vodafone come to install the hardware/router for DSL internet at my place on 12 May 2021. He said I would receive email/mail from Vodafone to inform on activation code and customer number, but so far I have not received anything which I am unable for activating my internet for a few days now. I have tried to call the call center, unfortunately, I can not speak German much so I could not get the help that I need. I had the cable contract before, then I moved to a new place where Vodafone can not provide cable, and they suggested I use the DSL instead. I have tried to log into "Mein Konto" of Vodafone, but it only shows the information of the old cable contract, no information of the DSL.
If someone has experienced the similar situation, kindly give me an advice. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

we send all data including the Modem-Insrallation-Code via e-mail.
Please check your invbox and spam folder.
If you canot find our e-mail please send me a private message.
I need your name, customer number, customer password and e-mail address.
I will send the e-mail again.
