Hey!

I have this router like 2 months and every day the router disconnected and turn off minimum once.

Not possible to connect smart home via “Smart Live” even when I cancel the 5GHz.

Also I should get 1000mb, but I get less then 100mb in good case.

help me please 🙂

have you tried changing the WLAN channels on the router? Do only the Smarthome devices have the problem or all devices?

The problem not channels because the router turned off, I attached picture this is how the router looks like after turning off.

how often does the router restart by itself? Which cables did you replace, power and coaxial as well? Do you have another multimedia socket where you can test if the reboots persist?

Sometimes it's few times at day sometimes at week.

No I didn't replaced the coaxial cable.

And I have only one multimedia socket at home.

I would suggest that you replace the coaxial cable first. If that doesn't help we may check further measures.
