Hey!

I have this router like 2 months and every day the router disconnected and turn off minimum once.

Not possible to connect smart home via “Smart Live” even when I cancel the 5GHz.

Also I should get 1000mb, but I get less then 100mb in good case.

help me please 🙂

have you ever reached a better speed than 100 MBit/s?

 

Does it only happen at certain times of the day that the speed becomes slow?

I see the abortions, but they happen more often than you probably notice. Because sometimes the connection breaks off even though the router does not go offline.

Are all cables properly plugged in?

It doesn't seem to be a general problem, as other routers in the house have been online for weeks.

And as you can see in my post, I have a problem to connect device with only 2.4.

Hey!
So I got the router on Thursday, I couldn't connect my smart home, I borrow from Friend AP and I tried to connect the smart home to the AP and it's work(but not to the router).
And the disconnection continues, I came home and everything was disconnected, I had to connect again everything (and it's nightmare), and the last one hour the router turn off again twice, I changed not only the router I got I changed also the cables.
I really don't know what to do with that....

there are no problems with the signal, but the router often disconnects. So maybe your smart home doesn't fit to the modem Frustrierte Smiley The solution could beto use an AP, as the one from your friend.

I can live with the AP,

But not with the disconnects...
