Did not recieve the multimedia dosenadapter for the Kabel internet

Hallo!

I just started the installation procedure for the Kabel Internet box. I realized I need the multimedia dosenadapter as I only have the TV and Radio socket. The part was not in the package I received. I, unfortunately, do not speak very good German and I am still learning. Is there a customer care email that I can write regarding this issue?
