What is the process to cancel my GigaTV? Can it be done online? My contract, if I recall, has anniversary on Feb/12. Can I have it canceled right now?

do you mean 12 February 2024? Yes, you could also cancel now at the end of the minimum contract period. The best way to do this is via our contact form.
