Hello,
I have just called your hotline, which has referred me to this forum. I have only received the Giga TV App and no Parental Control PIN with the order confirmation. According to your colleague, you would pass me the PIN here / create a new one.
Could you please tell me the PIN?
Besides I can not see Giga TV on my page while I have a contract regarding Giga TV.

thanks for your message. But the customer number seems not to be the right one.
When you signed your contract, you received a letter shortly afterwards. Probably together with the equipment. On page 1 of this letter you will find the customer number at the top and on one of the following pages the PIN for the protection of minors. This is listed under the contract data.
Please check again if you can find it.
