Dear Support Team,
Sorry for writing in English. I subscribed to Gigacube Max with 250GB plan. For some reason the speed is deadly slow, 2 mbits/sec. Signal strength is quite good, with 4/5 bars. I tried hard reset, changing the location of the device, etc. But no use. Also checked for updates.
Why is my internet speed so slow? Can anyone suggest what could be wrong? If I Vodafone cannot improve the speed for me, I may have to return the device.

Please note that there is no minimum speed given. The speeds that can be achieved vary depending on the network quality and the number of other users that you share the overall bandwith inside one network cell.
The cell speed itself is dependent on the network technology used and the used frequencies (e.g. if it's a 4G/LTE-700+800 cell, a bandwidth of approx. 125 MBit/s is avaiable for all customers; if it's a 4G/LTE-1800+2600 cell, a bandwidth of approx. 300 MBit/s is available; if it's only a 3G/UMTS cell, you'd only have 42 MBit/s available).
If you are not satisfied with the speed -AND- within the first 30 days, you might return the device in accordance with the rules of the so called "Zufriedenheitsgarantie". Maybe it's better if you get a landline connection.

Do you have the slow connection only at a specific location?
Where?
And please post the following information because maybe the LTE cell is overloaded, so i can check the cell:
GigaCube Cell ID und RSRP/RSRQ/RSSI posten:
1. Browser öffnen und 192.168.8.1 eintippen (WLAN Verbindung zum Router vorausgesetzt)
2. anmelden mit Benutzername "admin" und Passwort von der Rückseite ablesen (nicht das WIFi-Passwort eingeben !)
3. oben auf Einstellungen klicken
4. links auf System klicken
5. auf Geräteinformationen klicken
6. die Cell_ID (eine Zahl) findest Du in der Mitte der Seite (je nach Browser-Ansicht)
7. Die Abfrage möglichst dann durchführen, wenn es zum Ausfall oder Störung kommt.

Location should be in the middle Ulm or?
LTE site is not overloaded and have good performance.
Do you have the slow connection only at this location?

I changed location and I placed it near a window. Still same for speed 😞

Thats a good idea. I can insert the sim in Iphone and check for speed.
