GigaCube Plan Upgrade to Unlimited

Hello, I currently have a 4G Gigacube plan with a maximum data volume of 310GB. I would like to upgrade it to the unlimited option that is currently priced at 59.99€ as I am under 28 years old. I am unable to change the plan myself because it does not let me. The chatbot and Whatsapp is useless. I saw in other forums that the moderator is able to help directly with this issue. Is any customer service agent able to help me with this problem?
