i apologize in advance, but my German skills are not good enough to describe this situation.
I have bought 4G Giga Cube in January 2020 and it worked perfectly fine since last 3 days. I get extremely low internet speed. I already have done the speed checks on Ookla and Vodafone sites, but results are the same, as following:
Ping from 150-1000
dow.spd 0,4-1 Mbps
up.spd 1-3 Mbps
I tried do reset from IP site, tried to call costumer service but always get the machine that tells me i did not put the correct customer number or vodafone nubmer, which i did, i tried to check for malware or virus, everything is ok, checked on "Mein Vodafone", everything is paid. And still no solution.
Please help me,
