Hello all,
I have a problem with changing IBAN for Giga cube in my Vodafone account I change my IBAN but just billing-related Kabel apply and I can not see my billing for gigacube and I can not change my IBAN for Giga cube. 
what should I do?
I can not connect with the support phone because they answered Germany.

Hi saeidmirzaei,

 

sorry for the issue. I'm a bit confused. You changed your IBAN in MyVodafone but we still debited your old one?

 

Or do you don't have access to your gigacube contract? To add your contract to MyVodafone you need the customer number and your personal customer password.

 

What do you mean with "billing related Kabel"? Do you still have an internet contract via cable too?

Hello Norman,

Actually, I have two contracts(Cable & Gigacube). I changed my IBAN for cable in my Vodafone panel(meineVodafone) and everything is good for cable but about Gigacube I couldn't change my IBAN.

 

How can I change the Gigacube contract to new the IBAN?

Also, I want to see my billing about Gigacube, Do you have any Portal for Gigacube?

 

I have another unrelated question, Can I change the Vodafone call center to an English operator?

Hi saeidmirzaei,

To change the iBAN for your GigaCube,

you'd best add your GigaCube's customer to the Vodafone panel.

This can be done quite easily.

The customer number shows on your invoice.

Unfortunately, there is currently no option to select an English speaking operator.

We do have a help board for handling MeinVodafone, but it's in German as well.
