I have changed my plan on 26 Oct 2023, and you sent me new router but still now I haven't received yet and when I checked the tracking no of packet (DHL ) it shoes me your packet arrived in store and it will delivered on 4 Nov 2023. and I have recevied one email (29 oct 2023)from your side that to submit the old router within 12 days, so how can i return the my old router without receving new router? I will get extra charge if old router will not receive to you?
