Not able to book the technician to set up wifi in my home

I recently purchased an vodafone router and the plan. But I didn't book the technician during the purchasing process. I now want to book a tehcnican as I do not know to fix the router to the cable downstairs. Please hlep me out here. The customer care is all in Germna and I do not know whow to book a tehcnican from elsewhere.
