New contract because of moving, address for receiving the modem

Hi,

I will soon move from my city in BW to another city in bayern, and because of that, I already made a new cable contract with Vodafone.

The problem is in the documents, there is only new address, while I need to receive the modem and documents regarding the cancellation of my previous contract at my current address.

Can you please tell me how can I inform Vodafone about that?

Punkt 1, erstmal einen Umzug melden, dann zieht der Vertrag mit! Solltest du noch in der Widerrufsfrist sein, widerrufe den neuen Vertrag. Wenn diese allerdings bereits verstrichen ist, hast du jetzt 2 Verträge!

man kann meines Wissens nach keinen Vertrag von Vodafone West nach Vodafone KD umziehen

Trotzdem muss erstmal ein Umzug gemeldet werden! Alles weitere passiert dann im Rahmen des Umzuges

Meine Frage ist, wo werde ich den Router erhalten? Ich bin derzeit noch an meiner alten Adresse, schicken sie ihn hierher oder an die neue Adresse, obwohl ich noch nicht dort bin!
