I am new in the country and just received the keys to my apartment.
The place is brand new, so apparently needs a technician to "open a line".
I bought a cable contract online but I am not being able to contact Vodafone to book this professional to go and install the internet.
How can I do it? It's been very frustrating, I hope this is a place I can resolve my problem
