I am subscribed to "Vodafone TV Connect Start" but I didn't get a CI+ module

Hello everybody,
I am subscribed to "Vodafone TV Connect Start" but I didn't get a CI+ module so most of the HD channels are showing "ci module missing" message. I am paying €9.99 per month and I am in Berlin.

What I should do in this case?

I tried to terminate contract but was not successful doing that. 

Any help will be appreciated.

This is just the basic contract, neither a CI+ module nor the private TV stations in HD are included, you only get them in SD. If you want more you need to book extra options.

@Peter_Co Oh no! that is 6 per month more!!! along with ARD fee of 18+ that's  ....

ARD, ZDF and many other Senders are not private. They can be looked now and in future in HD without CI+-Module.

Private Senders are i.e. RTL, Pro7 etc. They need CI+-Module in HD and therefore a extra contract.
