I was stuck with a gigacube for the two year contract which ended in August, which was confirmed with vodafone. I was charged again in September. I have tried calling but cannot get through to anyone that can help, just bounced around from one department to the next. So I would like to know how to stop this obviously. 

Plus if there is a moderator on here that I can rant to that would be great as I have had many issues with vodafone that remain unresolved and perhaps they can help.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
