request of mic code

Hello ,

i bought easy box 805 on 17/01/2023 and still it is not activated and connected according to instructions, i didnot receive any welcome letter and MIC code with it. , trying for activation but could not.

how can i get my MIC code and where ?

i am not able to register and add contract of my easy box on my vodafone portal as it is asking some code and that is not working.

help me to get MIC code, it is urgent

plz send my MIC CODE on mail or message as soon as possible
