Fritz box DSL low speed and low range

I have a fritox Wifi Router for a 100DSL line,

the speed is super slow and the range of the Wifi is weak, (in front of the router I het 75 per cent of Wifi power instead of full 

could any English technician contact me please?

in addition I cannot even have whatsapp calls with some of my contacts ....

if you have problems with your WIFI you will find a few tips here: http://www.vod.af/WLAN

The signal quality can be adversely affected by many factors. It is possible that electrical devices or WIFI networks in the vicinity are interfering with the signal.

Unfortunately, we cannot influence this ourselves.

What bandwidth do you measure by LAN cable?
