Hallo ich will hier schreibe in english weil ich reden beßer:
A technik came in my House Mittwoch and activated my internet,
Freitag Internet Crash and in my easybox i have the green light only on "Wlan" the others are without color (no green, no red )
when i try to connect my easybox says "please plug the DSL kabel "
But my DSL Kabel is already connected and i bought another because i thought it was broken but internet is Not activated...
Freitag i called the hotline and an operator said "we are working for fix the problem we Need max 48 stunde "
Now i am without internet for 5 days and i'm calling the Hotline (now 1 hours 50 mins because is busy)
No one work for fix my problem... what can i do? I'm paying the service and i haven't internet....
