I will write in english. 

I havent leave any way to contact Vodafone. ( Shops. Email. Twitter. costomer service😭😭( its policy to make costomers give up)

 

My fold Has amanufacture defect(hinge between displays Break the Display from inside. Causing Black ink spread)

 

Today i recieved Email. Vodafone cant repair My fold 2 within warranty as Case Has damaged????  Damage? Where?

 

I asked for pics.

Unbelievable How they Deal with costomers. How they Not clean dealing

AT first they told me to bring sell contact to replace IT. when i brought the sell contact (from thier costomer.) They kept put excuses. In end. Asked me to Send it to Check if its IT elegable for repair Under warranty🙄🙄

 My fold doesnt have damage. ITs signs of use( Not Brand u)

Is this the positive Design Vodafone?

Shame on youđŸ€ȘđŸ€Ș

Im running since 2 months to repair My fold

Not only this!!!

They ask 800 for repair😇😇😇😇

 Then Send me take IT to Samsung for repair?? 😁😁

 

am i slave? Or dirty? To Deal like this? 

Is this How they serve?

Thanks for letting the Community know about your issue.

 

Just to make sure I correctly understand your gist:

 

You have a Samsung fold that you bought as a 2nd hand device from a subscriber of Vodafone Germany.

 

When you noticed the device to be faulty (hinge between displays...)you sent it to the Vodafone repair centre in Germany.

 

There, the device was checked by experts and was found to have been damaged.

 

I'm really sorry but in this case, there is nothing I can do for you.

 

We have to rely on the judgement of the repair centre experts.

I can Send u pics for What Experte call damage( shame, really shame)

Its Not damaged.

If Vodafone doesnt care

I will go to court. 

I can Send pics for What they Name damage😂😂( we Talk about fold 2 which should have Better warranty aß its known with build isues.
