No internet easy box 804

My internet isn’t working for a week. In my easybox i have the green light on “WLAN” but always red on “Internet”
I’ve tried to restart it and yet nothing happen. I’ve been using this service June 2018, and it used to work well, until now. Can anybody tell my what can I do to fix this?
