Hello Recently I made a contract with Vodafone DSL 250 and Fritz Box 7530.
Unfortunately my Frizt Box 7530 seems to have a problem because I can see seral times DSL disconnection.
Ofcourse I did everything I can do for the stable internet connection. For example, Frizt Box factory reset, firmware update, DSL cable change and so on...
However DSL disconnetion problem is still extisting. Really it makes me crazy!
When I returned back to my old Frizt Box 7490 with your Vodafane DSL, it has no DSL disconnetion problem.
Definitely I think my new Fritz Box 7530 from your Vodafone has some problem.
So I would like to change my Friz Box device.
It would be grateful if you could let me know how to change my Fritz Box.

DisConnection several times with error - IPv6 internet connection: Could not obtain AFTR address: Reason 7 (got no aftr)
I have Settings -
IPv6 support enabled = checked
- Use native IPv6 connection = checked
- Establish IPv4 connection via DS Lite = checked
- Determine AFTR address automatically over DHCPv6 = checked
What can be done to get stable connection? I tried using another DSL cable but it did not solve the issue.

Die Verbindung wird mehrmals mit der Fehlermeldung - IPv6 internet connection: Konnte keine AFTR-Adresse erhalten: Grund 7 (wurde nicht behoben)
Was kann man tun, um eine stabile Verbindung zu erhalten? Ich habe versucht, ein anderes DSL-Kabel zu verwenden, aber es hat das Problem nicht gelöst.

do you actually get an ipv6 adress?
Not all dsl landlines are switched to ds lite.
So IPv6 internet connection: Could not obtain AFTR address: Reason 7 (got no aftr) is not necessary an error which implies a disconnect of the dsl signal.
Mind sending me your customernumber & a mobilenumber?
I'll have a look into this & open a technical ticket.
