Hi,

 

I am leaving Germany and going back to Indonesia on 24 January 2019. I would like to cancel my contract with Vodafone mobile Internet. How can I do that?
I tried to fill the online form but it did not work for me.

 

I heard that I can start a thread here to cancel my contract so can the moderators help me please.

In this community it's not possible to cancel your contract.You have to write your termination via letter, contact form or fax.

Did you get any error messages when you tried to use the online contact form? Because writing your termination about the contact form is the best way. You'll get an dialog-ID as confirmation that your letter arrives Vodafone.

Please tell us what kind of contract do you have?
Do you mean with "mobile Internet"

1. Internet via DSL
2. Internet via cable
3. mobile phone contract ?

my contract name is Vodafone Young M Ohne smartphone
Kosten pro monat 27.99 Euro.

I am sorry, I mean Internet package.

When I submit the online contract form, then
the trouble is in the "Which product does your question relate to", I choose "Prepaid/CallYa" and the the sentence in the red said Please check your input. I try another option like unsubsidizied. It still not work.

Hi @FadelParinduri,

Prepaid/CallYa is wrong. Choose the way as follows:

Your Topic is "Kundendaten & Vertrag :: Kündigung :: Mobilfunk"
Then choose "Weiter". Maybe you will forward to a page with several solutions and landline number. Then choose "Nein, weiter im Kontaktformular".
Before you use the contact form make sure you logged in. Then all your personal data are already filled in.

 

After you finished you'll get an email with a Dialogue-ID. Please don't delete this email! It's important for all further communication.

 Prepaid (CallYa)

 LTE
 Vodafone TV

according to my contract name "Vodafone Young M without smartphone" which should I choose? If prepaid (CallYa), I already choose that but it did not work and I can not go to the next step.

I'm a little bit confused now. Currently there is a technical issue with the website especially contact form.
