No internet connection o new vodafone easybox205

Hi,

Im Vijay and got the vodafone device delivered by yesterday. Since then im unable to activate my network connection it says there is no dsl internet connection and due to this im unable to enter my mic code into the activation and im struck with the activation 

Please someone help me as its quite urgent as i work from home and i depend on this internet connection

You will need to wait for the technician appointment in order to activate the line.

Hi Vijaykumar,

you can not use your modem until the connectoin has been activated by a technician.

Actual activation date is on 20th of this month which is very long.

Getting an appointment is very skeptical and any chance i can get this date to some other earlier date

Unless the customer specifies a desired date, we always order the DSL connection at the earliest possible date.

The confirmed date can therefore not be postponed to an earlier day.
