I am a customer from Erlangen, Germany. I was trying to order a CallYa LTE SIM card with my old number transferred. I clicked order, but I have not finished the online Postident. I forgot that whether I have to transfer my phone number to the end of the former contract.

Could you please help me to have a check of that?

please send me the relevant number by PM. You can port your number up to 90 days after the contract ends.
