Who do I email to block a SIM?

I bought two prepaid CallYa vodafone numbers during travel. One for myself and another for a friend. They were both registered with my passport (the guy at the Saturn store said that's how it's done).

My friend lost his unopened SIM packet. I know the number as I have the receipt.

Who can I email to get that number blocked?

On trying calling customer support, I can't seem to figure out how to reach an english speaking agent.

Can someone from here help me?
