Hi,
I just bought a prepaid CallYa sim card and I wanted to register it with "my vodafone".
They asked for a customer passowrd, but I did not have it as I did not have a contract and I did not set it.
What should I write in it?

Hello @,
the customer password was assigned when the SIM card was activated. if the card was registered no more than 90 days ago, i can send you the customer password by e-mail. please send me your phone number and e-mail address by pn. thank you!

I have the same problem. I bought a Call-Ya SIM in 14.05.2018 and want to register on MyVodafone. But I don't have a customer password, it was not given to me. What can I do?

you can only set a new password with the form 265: https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/265.pdf Please send it filled out. We then enter your new password.
