Hello,

 

I applied for the CallYa sim card in 4th of October and still not received it.

A week ago I had an e-mail saying that it will be delivered in 2 days but it never delivered.

I don't think there is a problem with my letterbox because I can receive other mails flawlessly.

 

Could you help me to solve the problem?

I need a sim card. Thanks.

Please send me a PN with the following information:

  • Call number of the new CallYa card
  • E-mail address which you have entered during the order process
  • Your German address

I have the same issue ... also there no way to track the new SIM and no one could support me with such info!!

There is no tracking when sending SIM cards, as this is done by standard letter.

 

@bassemlawendy In your own thread you have already been asked by a mod to send your data via PM. Have you already done that?
