dear community,
i have inserted 3 times the password and now my sim is locked
i tried to call the support but i don't speak German at all,
i sent my wife to a shop but they said that i have to be there, and
the problem is that i am always at work
i also tried to use the site and email but got no response
so i am asking you guys for help
the sim is a callya sim ordered online

Usually you get two "passwords" for your SIM:
* The PIN (usually 4 digits)
* The PUK (usually 6..8 digits)
The PIN is the usual "password" that is requested to unlock the SIM. If it is inserted wrong 3 times in a row, the SIM is locked. You'll then need the PUK to unlock the SIM and set a new PIN. If the PUK is inserted wrong 10 times in a row, the SIM is locked for all time (and in so far unusable) - you'll need a new SIM card then.
