Prepaid CallYa SIM not active after 48 hours

Sorry if I switch to English, but my German is still very basic.

I have bought a prepaid Vodafone SIM at Rewe. I have done the registration online on last Monday morning, and I was told that in 24 hours the sim would have been active, but 48 hours have passed and the card is not working. I tried to top it up, but with no success. When I dial *100# I get an error: E0150.

My boyfriend has got a similar issue as well: he bought a SIM with credit in a Vodafone shop and never got the sim working.

Could you please help us to sort this out?

I'm facing the same problem. Just bought 2 sim cards today and both are not working. What only shows is "Emergency calls only". the specified number are unfortunately both Mobilcom Debitel numbers (another provider that uses the Vodafone network).
