Lost CallYa SIM Card while being abroad

I am a student, currently having semester abroad. I lost my phone and SIM card, thus no access to some other important accounts too. Due to the pandemic, no flights will be available soon. Is it possible to apply for the new SIM Card to be sent here?

please send me a PM with your phone number, yor name and your address. (PM - this is how it works: left cklick on my name and then right on "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden").
We will check it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important, the new SIM-Card cost 5€. These are withdrawn from your CallYa credit.
