Hello,
I'm trying to top up my CallYa prepaid SIM card, but everytime I try to pay with my VISA card the system gives me an Internal Server Error port 443
I tried it throught the Vodafone app and throught the website and I have the same problem with both of them,
any ideas?

hello,
the recharging of credit is a broad topic at vodafone. there are many possibilities. for example on the homepage, via app, via online bank transfer or remittance slip.
if the recharge does not work, we need more details with the error message. how would you like to recharge? by credit card, by receipt, with credit transfer.

I would like to recharge by credit card, I tried the homepage and via app.
My previous message has an attachment with the screenshot of the error. Appart from that, I did not receive more information.
When I tried to recharge the app and the homepage allow me to put all my details, including my bank details. The error appears when Vodafone tries to process the payment.
