Help Deregistering

Hello all, need some help here. I registered for a Callya account in Germany last year and have since left the country. I would like to terminate my account but I do not recall my online password. All I have is my account number and the number that I used to have. Could anybody point me to the right direction? Thanks!

Hello @needhelpvodafon,

If you no longer load the CallYa card with credit, the SIM card will eventually lose its validity. If there is a remaining credit on the SIM card which you would like to have paid out, please send us a written cancellation with bank details
