Hi, I applied a CallYa sim card online and finished the online identification. I received the confirmation email with the phone number, which said I would received my sim card within 5 working days. But it's already about ten days, and I still haven't received my CallYa sim card. What can I do? Can someone please help me with it? Thanks.
