Hi,

I have been a Callya customer for several years. I need to have my service reactivated. it was been a few days since it was disconnected. I called in and they said they needed an updated address, which was given, and then they said I should restart my phone to have the service reconnected. It has been two days. I need to have this issue settled immediately.
